It depends on scope, and here’s what recent projects have run to. A website and CRM: 2 to 4 weeks. A community or NDIS provider set up out of the box: 2 to 3 weeks. A base system for a startup: 4 to 5 weeks. End to end with eCommerce, stock and point of sale: 6 to 8 weeks.
Almost certainly. We’ve set it up for earthmoving crews, multi-store retail, community services, hospitality and resources startups. Instead of asking what size you are, we work backwards from what you need it to do: leads and website, then CRM, then projects, point of sale or online sales. The same system underneath, arranged differently.
Yes, and it’s more common than you’d think. One WA retailer with several stores spent about two years with other providers, with no working system and no documentation. We mapped their whole business first, and seven weeks in they were further along than in those two years. We start with the blueprint, then fix what was missed.
Yes. Odoo can sit alongside Xero and connect to it, or replace it later when you’re ready. We’ll tell you straight which of your current tools are worth keeping and which are costing you more than they return. Nothing gets switched off before you’ve agreed to it.
As little as possible. We set Odoo up as standard wherever we can, because heavy customisation makes every future upgrade harder and more expensive. Where something is genuinely unique to your business, we’ll build it, and you’ll know the scope and cost before we start. Often the better answer is a small change to the process instead.
Everything sits under one roof, in the cloud or on your own servers, so there’s far less to manage than a shelf of separate apps with separate logins. Day to day it needs very little IT involvement. We train your people to run and extend it themselves, because we don’t want you dependent on us.
