As a Lead Developer at Dapth, you’ll do more than just write clean code. You’ll lead the technical delivery of complex projects, help to guide our growing team, and keep development running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in everything from architecture and planning to mentorship and conflict resolution, making sure every project not only hits the brief, but exceeds it.

You will act as the team’s navigator, clearing roadblocks, making informed decisions, and keeping the development engine running at full throttle. Whether it’s setting technical direction, collaborating with project leads, or conducting deep-dive reviews, your leadership will have a direct impact on project outcomes and team growth.

About You 

You’re an experienced and confident developer who’s just as passionate about people as you are about clean architecture and elegant code. You know how to lead with clarity and empathy, and you enjoy helping others succeed. You’re someone who sees challenges as opportunities to improve processes, solve problems, and deliver exceptional results.

This role is ideal for someone who loves to create order in the chaos, managing priorities, driving quality, and helping the team move faster, smarter, and better.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong hands-on experience across technologies like C#, .NET Core, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Python.
• Understands the ins and outs of scalable, secure software architecture and DevOps practices.
• Can confidently lead development teams (typically 3+ people) through complex, multi-phase projects.
• Brings a track record of mentoring developers and guiding technical decision-making.
• Knows how to delegate effectively and keep teams focused, productive, and on track.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment, balancing structure with flexibility to get the best outcomes.
• Has strong communication skills, able to bridge the gap between client requirements and technical delivery.
• Is always looking for ways to improve whether it’s workflows, tools, or processes, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.
